January 19, 2026 Update

Hi everybody, here is the update for January 19, 2026.

Single Game Mode for Scroll

You now have the ability to track player stats of a single game on the Scroll (including the ones on scoreboards, except for SportsTicker). This mode has been developed to allow focusing on one game for when there is not a lot of activity happening in sports, especially when big championships are monopolizing the calendar, like the SuperBowl or Stanley Cup Final.

A new mode for Scroll is availble called "Single Game". New modes are coming soon.

New League: USL Championship

USL Championship has been added to ConnectedRoom

Multiple bug fixing

Bug Fix: Game ends Actions not triggering

Game end Actions should now trigger correctly.

Bug Fix: Scroll clock for Soccer

The clock for soccer should now display correctly.

Missing games in the calendar

Calendar will now keep in sync with datasources.

RSS Feeds on Scroll showing outdated news

RSS Feeds should now stay up to date. More features for news are incoming, including custom RSS feeds.

Missing team logo on player cards

Team logo should now display correctly on player cards.

Game getting stuck at 0-0 after game started

This bug should be fixed by now. If it still happens to you, switch from Live to Test and back Live.

Scroll keeps displaying a code even after pairing

The Scroll keys are now stored in the cloud, making the pairing be done once and never asking again. This fix will be applied to all scoreboards soon.

Fixed double triggering for football (finally)

Double triggering seems to be fixed. If it keeps happening, let me know.

Scoreboard audio playing twice

Scoreboard audio playing twice after activating audio on a scoreboard should not happen again.

Server reboot causing Game Stats screen to remain empty

A bug preventing scoreboards to keep their states at server boot has been fixed.

Licensing bug

Scroll activation is now 100% automatic and subscription should be added to your account at activation.

Indiana Hoosiers missing + Videos not being generated

The Hoosiers are now synced correctly and videos have been generated for tonight’s game.

Integration connection

A bug preventing Philips Hue, GE Cync and Samsung SmartThings from connecting when using the PWA app on Android and iOS has been fixed.

Known issues

Here is the list of the known issues still remaining to be fixed:

  • Announcers: announcers are saying things weirdly sometimes.

  • Announcers: American Football quarter starts are delayed by 3 minutes

  • Basketball: SEC is missing from division selection on the Scroll

  • Live Bracket: Live Bracket is all wrong
